We are proud to announce that our Cardiac Surgery team has successfully performed its first Total Artificial Heart procedure. This groundbreaking achievement underscores our commitment to advancing care for patients with severe heart failure.

A Total Artificial Heart (TAH) is an innovative device designed to temporarily replace the function of both the left and right sides of the heart. It serves as a critical bridge to transplantation for patients experiencing end-stage heart failure, providing life-saving support while they await a donor heart.

The procedure was performed successfully, and we are pleased to share that the patient is recovering well. This milestone reflects the dedication, expertise, and teamwork of our surgical team and reinforces our mission to deliver cutting-edge care to those in need.

Stay tuned for more updates as we continue to provide advanced solutions for cardiovascular health.
